Why we exist
Frontier models made inference the single largest variable cost for a whole generation of software companies — and the hardest one to plan. Providers price at published list rates that do not move for a small buyer, quota is granted reactively, and every additional model means another contract, another integration and another failure mode to handle in production.
Infoloop exists to remove that overhead. We aggregate demand across our customers, run a single compatible API in front of multiple upstream channels, and give teams commercial terms sized for a company that is still growing. Our customers integrate once, and change models by changing a string.
How we contract and bill
- Who we serve
- Incorporated companies, under a written service agreement. We are a B2B business and do not sell to individuals.
- Pricing
- Per-token pricing by model, quoted before you start. No minimum commitment and no platform fee.
- Metering
- Input, output and cached token counts plus request counts, itemised by model and by key.
- Billing
- Monthly in arrears, with a usage statement that reconciles line by line to the invoice.
- Payment terms
- Approximately 30 days from invoice, by bank transfer in USD. Prepayment is not required.
- Acceptable use
- Customers remain responsible for complying with the underlying model providers' terms of service and acceptable-use policies.
- Your data
- We do not train on your prompts or completions, and we do not sell or share your content. Requests are processed to deliver the service and to produce the usage records your invoice is built from.
